Hatha Slow Flow/Vinyasa Combo
Starting off in deep meditation, following up with our Hatha practice where you will be taken through basic yoga poses and holding for multiple breaths.
For a portion of this class, you will be led through Vinyasa in which poses will be shows up through a one breath one movement process.
This transition coordinates with your breathing. It’s done specifically as you exhale or inhale, and it gives you the feeling that your breath is moving your body.
This class will end with a relaxation period “Savasana,” where you will slow down. You’ll leave this class feeling strong & relaxed.
