All life is energy and all too often our energy can become blocked or stagnated, creating chaos in the mind and body. This blocked energy generates physical and/or emotional pain, disrupting our natural ability to fully function. The energy centers in the body are called chakras, each on associated with specific life forces. Using crystals creates a piezoelectrical effect, assiting the clearing of energy blockages and restoring energetic balance in the body. This balancing takes place on all levels: body, mind, and spirit.
